Never Look Up

Many years ago, a female student failed a course. She pleaded to her professor for a better grade and with success was assured her grade would be changed. Surprisingly she ultimately found that her grade was still an F.

In despair, she decided to take her own life. She jumped off the roof of Knowles building. At that moment her body had been caught between an open window on the corridor connecting Knowles Building and the Main Library.  As she fell, her body was violently cut off - her body fell helplessly on Happy Park while her head hung on the window, gently swaying left and right.

By the time a passerby had urgently called the police, all that was left were traces of blood and the torso. The head was nowhere to be found…

So, as a reminder when passing Knowles Building, don’t look up. You may be able to find what the police couldn’t.

UNCLE Key

Uncle Key used to be a security guard managing all the keys of Knowles Building. He committed suicide out of guilt after he had lost an important key. However, after he died, there were reports that people still saw him in and out of Knowles. “Have you ever seen my key?” he would ask. If you ignore him and walk away, he will always follow you.

An architecture student once, out of sympathy, handed his own key to the guard. The next day, Uncle Key appeared at the student’s door and said, “This key is wrong. Have you seen my key?”

Never give the key that could lead you to the guard. If you give him the key to your home, he will knock your door; if you give him your locker key, he will wait for you at the locker.

The Mysterious Date

The overall tone of the Haking Wong Building is darker than the surrounding ones. Besides, the lights are dim at night, making passers-by shudder.

It is said that a worker accidentally fell into the cement when the Haking Wong Building was being built. To cover up the matter, the construction company did not disclose the incident, and the worker’s body was sealed in the cement.

When the construction was completed, a specific date mysteriously appeared on the wall of the corridor on the third floor. No matter how many layers of cement were painted over it, the dates would suddenly appear again the following day. It is worth mentioning that the date was the day when the worker disappeared…

It is said that between the forth and fifth floor of the Haking Wong, there is a 4.5 floor. Upon opening the door, the words “DEATH” are stained across on the wall.
